Doc's Place

I‘m a frequent patron of Doc‘s on the off nights... Sun-Thurs....and I‘ve always had a great experience. All of the bartenders are both friendly and knowledgeable (especially Jill!), plus they stock TOP shelf liquors which always makes for a better drink. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the customers are generally quality people, not the idiotic college crowd wanting captain and coke or something...

Highly recommended if you want to have a conversation in a place with a slight touch of class in lincoln.

Fun bar, a nice type of people go there. Also, an incredible selection for anywhere, but especially for Lincoln. Definitely five stars!

Not a very good place to go if you are looking to sit with friends for an extended period of time. We had a large group of people and a large tab over an afternoon and the bartenders accused us of taking shots that weren‘t taken and then refused to serve us other drinks. The only nice thing about the visit was the waitress who helped us. I‘ve been to most bars in Lincoln and I have never had problems like this before.

Nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain too much about. The pool table is kind of annoying when you are trying to sit at the bar and talk to people and you either can‘t hear, or someone is poking at you witha cue trying to get you to move. Not a bad place to stop, but not my favorite by far.
