Quick service, reasonable prices, plenty of seating and the Elk Creek is a local legend. My only complaint are the patrons who come in with an attitude like they own the place and get butt hurt when they are asked to leave or removed. Actions have consequences, so don‘t discredit the actions of a respected and highly professional establishment over the actions of a few who can‘t handle their alcohol. There‘s a reason Sandy‘s has a loyal clientele and clean history void of violations. Most of the complaints come on capacity nights where no establishment downtown will have a clean restroom or tables ...

This place sucks. I was forcefully removed after simply spiking a freshly opened, 16 oz. tall boy at the feet of some jerkoff bouncer. If you can‘t handle a little Busch Light on your floor and face, I don‘t want to come to your bar. Skip this establishment. The Elk Creek is highly overrated.

this bar is a shithole, plain and simple. the staff are very rude and do not make guests feel welcome in their establishment. i‘ve seen on more than one occasion people of ethnicity being singled out for no reason other than their skin color, and i‘ve also have witnessed a hispanic male accused of a fake ID and being let in and only for them to seemingly set him up by calling the police only for it to be a false alarm. excuse me but ethnic people are not the only types of peoplle you need to watch out for. the staff need to lighten up and be more friendly. my biggest complaint with this bar would definitely have to be its cleansiness. while there was plenty of seating, everyone open area had empty bottles and half drank pitchers of elk creek water(which is just a knock off of a screw driver might at add) and most of all their bathroom is downright disgusting and doesn‘t seem to ever be cleaned. you can tell alot about a place by the upholding of their bathroom, regardless of how everything else is maintained. general consensus: skip this bar

Love the Elk Creeks; fun atmosphere, chill or exciting.

Great drinks at good price. Staff is OK. at best though. Always understaffed on Husker home games.

Shitty bar. Shitty staff. Elkcreek is overrated.

This place is a joke. The doorman is very unprofessional. I witnessed him lie to the police on one occasion, and was very rude to me and my friends on another.
The Elk Creek is basically a screwdriver with a ton of ice in it. I will never go back. There are too many good bars on "O" street to hang out in a place like Sandys

Decor not so much, but nice mix of crowd and lots of room. Very reasonable drinks, but watch out for Elk Creek mixed drink!! Got served pretty quick for how busy it was! Smoking area needs to be bigger though!

Elk Creek Water is the best! It‘s great for a quick buzz too!
