I was there about two weeks ago for the karaoke, gong show. Having judges with a big gong behind them was fun to watch .. If the singers sucked they were gonged and off the stage. only the good singer lasted. This is far siure the cleanest bar i have ever been in, in this town. They brag they have the coldest beer in town. Well they can. It is the coldest beer i have ever had. the beer was turning to slush in front of me. Around nine that night a crew of cooks started putting out a buffet. Tacos and Nachos, with all the trimmings. It was free. I mean free. I liked them on facebook, i just received a post from them that the Broken Buckle band is playing Friday. along with no cover and $1.99 breakfast buffet. We will be there for sure. I hope there buffet for breakfast is as good as there Free Taco buffet

Wow! I had a fabulous time.

The music sounded great and the band made it a party. I danced so much because the band just kept playing 1 good song after another.

It is under new management now and he really knows how to rock .

There was this outdoor beer garden and it made me feel like I was on spring break. The waitresses were so great. They where pleasant and had a smile on their face like they really enjoyed working at the bar and grill.

I am so happy my friend told me about 501 . It really is a great place for me to hang out with my friends and have the best of times.

The 501 lives up to every expectation that a bar should. The food is great! Go to mickey dees and get a dollar burger. Oh! they dont sell beer or have live music. Its a no brainer. If you think that the 501 sucks you have poor taste. And thats that.

we heard about this place from a friend. so a group of us guys came out last sunday. the band was great. people were dancing all night. and no cover. who in town has live music on sunday. and i did have the burger. it was a half pound of beef, and it is by far the best burger in town. only 99 cents. my other two friend had the st louis style pizza. we all agree we have never had a thin crust pizza like this. and the cheese is different, we could not figure out what kind. we had to ask. it is provolone. great pizza. but i must say, the best thing about the 501 is how cold the beer is. no other bar can say this. they do have the coldest beer in town. i told the bartender to prove it. there laser temperature gauge showed 22 degrees. that is why the beer starts to ice up. . this is a must. go and see for yourself.

If this is the 501 Bar and Grill, what a nasty place! The service was the absolute worst I have ever seen. I enjoy having a beer and talking to friends but you couldn‘t get the server to even come talk to us. We had to go up to the bar to get a drink then we could not run a tab or even leave a credit card at the bar. We looked at all the advertisment on the wall for food and thought well, we could get a burger cheap. 99 cent burgers are exactly what you get, the worst burger ever. I dont know now if I should have contacted the health department because shortly after eating, I had to excuse myself to use the restroom. I think the burger gave me the run‘s! The restroom was clean but without the proper utencils for cleaning yourself and there was a smell of smoke that made me remember my day‘s of highschool in the parking lot. the live music was not good in that you could not hear the singers because the drums were way to loud. What was wierd is that they had a system for the bands but they were not using it. I have seen this band before and know that they are a good band but they did not sound very good here! I dont think we will return to this place again.
