Carlos O'Kelly's

My wife and I have been eating at this restaurant since it opened. It used to be our favorite place to eat, but it has really gone down hill over the past few years. The portions aren‘t near what they used to be and they skimp on the sauces to where the food tastes dry and bland most the time. We used to eat there once a week. Now we only go once every couple of months, hoping it will be like it used to be, only to be disappointed yet again. It used to be a great place to eat, now it‘s pretty average. The manager asked us how our food was last time we were there, and when we told him our opinion he offered us a free appetizer. We politely declined realizing he just doesn‘t get it.

This isn‘t a bar, and it is barely a restaurant if you can call that food edible.

For chain food it is acceptable. You‘ll never get anything that will knock your socks off but you‘ll rarely get disappointed with a stinker of a dish. We get carry out and the turnaround between ordering and taking receipt of the food is ridiculously quick. You‘ll probably never have a day where you "just have to have Carlos O‘Kelly‘s", but in a pinch it will get you a filling meal.

This used to be our favorite restaurant until the management Kylie Hill decided to be unsympatentic to frequent customers. We sat down and it took 10 mins to be greeted another 15 mins to get our drinks another 25 mins to get our food which was cold and than they mess up my boyfriends meal so we requested it to be remade and packed up for us and that took another 10 mins. The manager didnt care that we had been there for an hour couldnt enjoy ourselves at all and now had to go home and eat. By the way, when we got home the food that they packed for us was also cold. All the manager did was take off 4 dollers. She couldnt even gave it to us for free with what we sat through. This is by far the worst customer service I had ever had especially by a manager. If you choose to eat here go to the south location.
