For the person complaining about their bill, you forgot one major thing. TAX. If you figure that into the equation you probably paid $4.25 per beer which I believe is Lazlo‘s price for a 23 oz beer, which isn‘t too bad a price. I‘m not a huge fan of Lazlo‘s, but as a former owner of a bar I have to stand up for their pricing. For what they provide they are fairly reasonable. I travel all over the country and $4.25 for a microbrewed 23 oz beer isn‘t a bad deal at all.

We will never go back to Lazlo;s again the service was poor.very poor and when we finally snagged someone he said someone else would be right there, well we had to snagg someone else again he would not give us a individual tabe it had to be the whole table . so we ordered what we thought would be a $7.99 Meal for 3 people with 4 beers and the bill came up to $43.30. now we were in the wrong in not questioning where the extra came in. 7.99 x 3 is equal to $23.97 now that means almost $20.oo for the 4 beers.

It‘s unfortunate that the people here have had such uneven experiences. It‘s been my luck that Lazlo‘s has a very keen focus on the customer and on the rare occurence that they mistep have taken up an immediate effort to make the situation right. My wife and I (and two kids in tow) ate there the other evening. Without either of us complaining the manager came over and apologized for the excessive wait for the food and comp‘d the meal.
I‘ve normally been very satisfied with their service, so this instance was what I considered an outlier. As far as the menu goes, I agree it could probably be freshened up. But I feel the quality of the food they do provide is very high.

I‘ve had a so-so experience at Lazlo‘s, too. The first time I went the bartender took excellent care of us. But the next time, the waitress couldn‘t tell the difference between a lager and a pilsner, but instead of saying as much, she just brought the wrong beer and then got super defensive when we called her on it. I guess it must be hard to train a staff of five thousand.

I used to love the prime rib at lazlos, but I stopped in there last week and it was awful. It had no flavor and just wasn‘t the same quality that I‘m used to.
